Delivery, by second class Royal Mail post, is free within the UK. We only deliver to the UK…sorry, but we don’t sell to the EU (see below) and international delivery costs are prohibitively excessive and environmentally irresponsible. Whichever country you reside in there be good stationers…support your local businesses.
Single, two and three book orders are delivered in protective card envelopes or 6″ x 4″ postal boxes. Four, five and six book orders are delivered in 6″ x 8″ postal boxes. All boxes are letterbox friendly for easy delivery…no need to stay in, or get out of bed for the postie.
Retain the original packaging, just in case you change your mind and decide to send any Note books back (though lordy, why would you want to? But see my refund policy here).
I’m sorry, I don’t sell to the European Union. This isn’t on any stroppy political grounds, but the legislation and administrative requirements are just too onerous and expensive for many small crafter businesses, myself included. If an order is received from an EU country, payment will be refunded immediately. Je suis désolé, mais c’est comme ça, as they undoubtedly say in Brussels.
