Delivery, by second class Royal Mail post, is free within the UK. International order delivery costs are shown at checkout. We can deliver to any country, excepting the EU (see below), but customs taxes may be applicable, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Sorry it has to be that way…but countries vary so much.
Single and two book orders are delivered in protective card envelopes. Three books are delivered in 6″ x 4″ postal boxes. Four, five and six book orders are delivered in 6″ x 8″ postal boxes. All boxes are letterbox friendly for easy delivery…no need to stay in, or get out of bed for the postie.
Retain the original packaging, just in case you change your mind and decide to send any Note books back (though lordy, why would you want to? But see my refund policy here).
I’m sorry, I don’t sell to the European Union. This isn’t on any stroppy political grounds, but the legislation and administrative requirements are just too onerous and expensive for many small crafter businesses, myself included. If an order is received from an EU country, payment will be refunded immediately. Je suis désolé, mais c’est comme ça, as they undoubtedly say in Brussels.
